  1.  Mango Sunrise Smoothie 

Ingredients: 

2 large mangoes, peeled, chunks

1 cup cream milk

2 tablespoons honey

1/2 cup ice chunks

Directions:

In a blender jar add mango chunks, ice cubes, honey, and cream milk, blend until smooth. Pour in serving glasses and serve immediately.

       2.  Watermelon Boost Smoothie 

Ingredients: 

2 cups watermelon chunks, seeded

2 tablespoons sugar

4-5 mint leaves

1 cup coconut water

1/2 teaspoon black salt

Directions: 

In a blender add watermelon chunks with sugar, salt, mint leaves, and coconut water, blend well. Put to serving glasses and serve.

   3. Lychee Smoothie 

Ingredients: 

1 cup lychee, stoned

1 cup Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons sugar

3-4 ice chunks

Directions: 

In a blender jar add lychee, yogurt, sugar, and ice chunks blend well. Serve and enjoy.
